In order to get these designs, players must have an internet connection and a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership. Not having either one of these will prevent players from accessing the design servers.
While accessing the kiosk in the Able Sisters shop, players can enter either a Design ID or a Creator ID. By entering a Design ID, players can directly access the design they entered in. By entering a Creator ID, players can access and download any and all designs uploaded to the design server by the design creator.
Players should note that Nintendo has the right to remove any designs from their servers that they deem inappropriate for Animal Crossing: New Horizon's player-base.
