Animal Crossing is unique in that it allows players to completely shape aspects of the game world. And, with graphics more substantial than other sandbox titles, it is easier for players to immerse themselves in the experience. While players don't have infinite options, as visible in the Sleeping Beauty recreation (Blathers can't wear clothing, for example), there are still plenty of choices that fans can make in to shape the world in whatever ways they desire.
