Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been out for less than three months, and the community of fans has already shared a cacophony of creations made in the game. With every passing day, the Animal Crossing community has populated the internet with new and exciting island makeovers. Though, this newest creation is quite different from everything else the community has seen so far.

Animal Crossing inherently contains customizable features and gameplay mechanics. With the multitude of collectibles to be found in the game, a large variety of items to craft, and customizable clothing options, this can lead to quite a number of unique creations. One of the most memorable creations being an homage to Earthbound, with one player recreating the town of Onett in Animal Crossing.

Most of the Animal Crossing creations that have been shared online have largely consisted of island makeovers and memes. In addition, many players have also created custom clothing URLs that can be downloaded and used in other people's games. However, one user has gone above and beyond with a video he posted onto Twitter.

Twitter user Mickey W has recreated the entire opening of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons and it is hilarious. This recreation is somewhat similar to other videos like the opening of Adventure Time being recreated with Animal Crossing assets. Though, unlike that video, this one relies entirely on in-game footage, making it quite funny.

It's amazing how much players have managed to accomplish within the confines of the standard game, which truly serves as a testament to its design. New Horizons isn't perfect, but it has managed to captivate players all over the world with its charm and in-game mechanics. The sheer volume of user creations more than proves this notion.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the newest installment in the beloved Nintendo franchise. Since it's release back in March of this year, the game has engrossed players with its high degree of user agency and potential for creation. As of early May of 2020, it has become the fastest-selling Nintendo Switch game of all time.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
