Nintendo has recently made some pretty exciting announcements for new updates for a variety of games for the Nintendo Switch. In a release titled "Get Back Into Your Games With Free Updates," it announced such updates as the date of the free second Goose DLC for Untitled Goose Game, Smash Bros. updates, and the awaited Halloween update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The last free patch for Animal Crossing: New Horizons was back in July, and it added some fireworks fun, fixed a few issues, and helped with online connectivity issues that some players were experiencing. Thankfully, Nintendo has promised players much more free content to come, and it has announced autumn and Halloween free content for players to experience all the spooky fun of the coming months.
