Released in March of 2020, Animal Crossing: New Horizons became a massive success for Nintendo. As the next installment in the Animal Crossing series and the first on the Nintendo Switch, the game gave players more customization options and featured sharp visuals due to the improved hardware. Among the many reasons contributing to the success of the title, one major factor was the plethora of different villagers.

As the main residents of the islands in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, villagers play an important role in the day-to-day life in the game. They can give gifts to the player as well as receive them. In addition, villagers can send mail, ask the player to complete tasks for them, and even display items given to them. Furthermore, these island denizens come in a range of different personalities and animal types. Recently, one player undertook the monumental task of drawing these characters in a unique picture.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as Bluesonified shared a piece of artwork based on Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This type of drawing challenged observers to spot their favorite villagers from amongst the sea of objects.
