Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a game about customizing an island and making friends with cute little virtual animal villagers. Some villagers are more popular than others, inspiring gamers to create real-life tributes to their best friends over the years. One Animal Crossing: New Horizons player recently created awesome, adorable, and game-accurate clay figures of Judy and Sasha.

The pair are both new villagers who made their first appearance in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, with Judy coming in the base game and Sasha releasing in the 2.0 update. Judy is a snooty cub villager who sports an iconic coat of cotton-candy pink and blue fur, while Sasha is a lazy rabbit villager with teal fur and blond bangs.

Redditor Nemesis_Chan, also known as Polynerd Craft, recently shared a short video of the awesome clay figures they made of Judy and Sasha. Both intricate little figures are roughly the size of an amiibo and are made from air dry clay, which is specifically designed to be useful in sculpture-making. Polynerd Craft's video shows off both figures' painted faces and clay outfits as well as a pink backdrop featuring an Animal Crossing-style cherry blossom tree. Reportedly, the tree was also made with a mix of air dry clay, cardboard, and paper for the flowers.

This first video begins with the figures already assembled, painted, and posed so that they stand perfectly straight despite having tiny feet. However, Polynerd Craft also posted several other videos detailing their progress on their TikTok account. One showcases exactly how they painted Judy and arranged her so that she stands up properly, and getting a behind the scenes look at the sculpting is a ton of fun.

A second video shows the same process with Sasha's head. Both videos do an excellent job of showing how Polynerd Craft created these custom Animal Crossing figures and brought them to life in full color.

As of writing, it appears that other fans are very impressed with Polynerd Craft's creations. Several users expressed interest in the cherry blossom tree as well, which has its own video tutorial on the artist's YouTube channel. One user asked what brand of air dry clay Polynerd Craft uses to get such a smooth finish, while a second user recommended hiding an NFC tag on the figures so that they work as amiibos. These figures are some of the most game-accurate Animal Crossing villager recreations currently available, although they are reportedly much more fragile than official Animal Crossing merchandise.
