It’s been a busy few weeks for Twitch streamer Amouranth. She has instigated a new meta many have called the “yoga pants twister” meta, she has revealed major investments in gas stations, and she has even discussed retirement. For those concerned about Amouranth’s retirement, they should feel safe in knowing she plans to “grind it out” until it no longer makes sense, and it would seem new data confirms there would be a lot of people who miss her content.

Indeed, there are a ton of popular Twitch streamers with huge numbers, ranging from Pokimane who averages about 1.7 million streamed hours (by viewers) every month and SadDummy at 1.5m. Yet, according to this data, Amouranth has a major lead over these two.

According to the latest Twitch analytics data, acquired by Dexerto, Amouranth sits at a total of more than 3 million hours viewed per month. This is at the very least double SadDummy and a massive lead on Pokimane, who has been in this “lead” spot many times in the past. Perhaps one reason for this, considerably, is Amouranth’s controversies that tend to be good for popularity, but another could be how varied her content is and how much she brings to the table in these categories.

For example, when Twitch launches its Animals, Aquariums, and Zoos category, Amouranth was by far the most popular stream in the category, pulling in tons of views for it. She has done ranch streams in the past too, so it’s not exactly like she was just reaching. At the same time, she’s also known for her Hot Tubs & Pools, ASMR, and Just Chatting streams, with each category hitting highs whenever she streams.

Notably, she has held this position for quite a while, even as the lead seems to only go up. That said, she’s still about 2 million hours behind the top ten list, which is composed of all male streamers per Dexerto. Ultimately, this also results in massive payouts for Amouranth, as the recent Twitch earning leak (which some have debated as not 100% accurate) reveals she has had $1.3 million in payouts from the site since 2019.

At the same time, it’s well known that streaming on Twitch is not Amouranth's only source of income. Not only has she invested in gas stations as aforementioned, but she has a lot of other content and passive income not related to either. Nonetheless, based on these stats and her personal retirement philosophy, it seems fans can expect to see as much, if not more, of Amouranth on Twitch in the future.
