On June 18, a group of four dancers took the stage at America's Got Talent to showcase a Mortal Kombat-inspired dance performance. Dressed as Mortal Kombat characters Raiden, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Smoke (though named differently), this group known as Adem Show from Kyrgyzstan blew the audience away and earned praise from all judges, including the hard-to-impress Simon Cowell.

When Adem Show took the stage as the aforementioned Mortal Kombat characters, the audience, including the judges, were stunned by the apparel. Lightning, reminiscent of Raiden, can be heard to begin the performance, with the synchronized robotic movements highlighted by amazing contortionist and body-bending moves, which judge Howie Mandel described as "wow" and "ow."

And when the dance routine ended, it was clear the performance stuck. The judges had trouble speaking due to the cheers from the crowd, and as previously mentioned, each judge seemed awestruck at the Mortal Kombat-inspired performance. It remains to be seen if Adem Show sticks to a Mortal Kombat-related routine, begins to pull from separate video games, or performs a unique routine in the future, but all eyes are on Adem Show after this performance. Adem Show's performance begins around the 1-minute mark here (though there is quite an impressive prelude as well).

Notably, one man Adem Show managed to impress was Mortal Kombat 11 director Ed Boon. Taking to his official Twitter account, Boon described the group as "ridiculously talented dancers," and thanked the show's host, Terry Crews, for posting the performance. To earn a "yes" across the board from the judges and to earn praise from the co-creator of the Mortal Kombat franchise is hopefully a high that will help carry Adem Show even further through America's Got Talent.

And while Adem Show elected to dress as classic, easily-identifiable Mortal Kombat characters, the roster of Mortal Kombat 11 continues to grow. Nightwolf, Sindel, and Spawn — alongside two other characters — are set to appear in the gory fighting franchise at some point, with one of those Mortal Kombat fighters leaked to be the Terminator.

Mortal Kombat 11 is out now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a Google Stadia version also in development.
