The Boys are back in town, and man are they making an impression! Season 3 of Amazon Prime Video's The Boys has attracted more attention to the show than ever before, and as much as Supernatural fans want to give Jensen Ackles (Soldier Boy) all the credit, it is the Supe-fighting vigilante team of civilians that brings this series together by connecting all the dots. Originally founded by Grace Mallory, the Boys dedicate their lives to bringing the evil intentions of Vought International to the public's attention, whilst taking down other miscreants in the process.

Primarily consisting of Billy Butcher, Frenchie, and Mother's Milk, The Boys added some fresh members to their fold once Butcher took over as the leader after Grace hung up the towel. With a new link directly into the Seven via Starlight, the crime-fighting team could resume their plans to destroy the seemingly indestructible Homelander, that is, if they don't end up destroying themselves first.

5 Hughie Campbell: IT Support

The Boys Hughie Campbell Season 3 Episode 4

When Hughie's girlfriend, Robin, is brutally killed by A-Train right before his eyes, the (former) Seven fan's life becomes anything but boring. Intent on making these invincible "superheroes" pay for their crimes, Hughie crosses paths with Billy Butcher and the rest, as they say, is history. Initially without a place on the highly skilled team of fighters, Hughie carved out a technical support and engineering role for himself and solidified his usefulness through his connection to Starlight and the Seven. He also has the uncanny knack of figuring out each Supe's Achilles Heel, proving himself to be an intellectual asset to boot.

As the layman of the group, Hughie can be quite sensitive, but he does not have much bite to back up his bark. However, Hughie is all too intrigued by the idea of self-induced superhuman strength and takes it upon himself to amp things up with some V24 in Season 3. With great power comes great irresponsibility, and Hughie seems to go over the edge, perhaps even losing touch with his morals in the future, posing a potential threat to all the Boys.

4 Billy Butcher: Leader & Instigator

With all his experience in the British Special Forces, to describe Billy Butcher as combat-ready would be a gross understatement. His intense passion for the eradication of a certain blonde Supe at Vought International is infectious, and the leader of the Boys is able to convince almost anyone to fight by his side with his skillfully cunning manipulation techniques and intimidation tactics. When heavy weaponry proves to be ill-suited for the task, Billy raises the stakes by consuming V24, subsequently imbuing himself with superhuman capabilities similar to that of his arch-enemy, Homelander.

He may be the leader of this merry gang, but when it comes to Season 3 of The Boys, this butcher is about as useful as a dry mop. Okay yes, he has superpowers thanks to his "temporary" narcotics abuse, but he is also burning bridges left and right, making life for the Boys unnecessarily complicated. Lies, manipulation, and dishing out insults are no good for team morale and at this point, Billy seems to be doing more harm than good. His negative influence has endangered everyone on his team, and bringing V24 into the mix seems to have pushed them all over the edge.

3 Mother's Milk: Analyst & Medical Support

As Billy Butcher's right-hand-man, Marvin T. Milk, better known as Mother's Milk, arguably has the most responsibility out of all the Boys, and with a wife and daughter waiting at home, he also has the most to lose. As big and brave as Marvin might be, he suffers from OCD which can interfere immensely with his home life but becomes an invaluable asset when fighting alongside Butcher and the crew. Marvin's immaculate attention to detail has helped them out of several sticky situations, and his Marine Corps experience has gifted Marvin with a mind perfectly suited for strategy.

The former combat field medic has had his first-aid skills put to the test on countless occasions, and with all the blood and guts, he has certainly kept himself busy. Overall, Marvin acts like the father of the group, focusing most of his efforts on attempting to keep Butcher in line, maintaining peace among the Boys, and ensuring that their moral compass is always pointing in the right direction. However, now that Soldier Boy is back in play and the Boys seem to be falling to pieces, Marvin could very likely strike off on his own to get vengeance for his father's death.

2 Frenchie: Weapons & Arsenal Specialist

The Boys Frenchie aka Serge

With the broadest range of skills of the lot, Serge, aka Frenchie, is like the glue that holds everything together, before it all gets blown apart that is. This former contract killer has a rather strong set of morals, as alternative as they may be, and shows the utmost loyalty to Butcher, Kimiko, and the gang, proving that there is indeed honor among thieves. Frenchie is entertaining and hot-headed but has shown to be quite submissive, prioritizing orders before his own interests, which personally may not be the best choice but, for the sake of the team, is an advantageous trait.

Frenchie's versatility seems unending, with his vast experience with combat, engineering, explosives, lock-picking, and being a ladies' man (in other words, access to international connections). This only adds to his bravery, problem-solving, language, and culinary skills, and let the list just stop here for the sake of the other Boys' egos. Billy Butcher wouldn't be half the man he is today if he didn't have The Frenchman at his side, although Serge needs to handle his impulse-control better if he wishes to make a more significant contribution.

1 Kimiko Miyashiro: The Beserker

The Boys Kimiko Miyashiro aka The Female

Many fans doubt that the Boys would have gotten as far as they have without the help of the only woman officially on the team, the deadly superhuman assassin, Kimiko. Also known simply as The Female, this Japanese femme-fatal is the product of human testing, with Compound V as the main accelerant and Vought International as the instigators. Subsequently, Kimiko's body has become virtually indestructible, her bulletproof skin unaffected by most injuries due to her enhanced durability and speedy superhuman healing.

Working as part of a team is not the easiest transition for the cynical young woman, and her inability to speak makes communication particularly difficult. However, Frenchie made the effort to learn how to sign for Kimoko's benefit, and the others should follow suit for the sake of group cohesion. Kimiko does not need weapons to cause damage (although she can be quite creative when needed) as her superior martial arts training is more than effective at causing chaos and death. She is hands down the strongest and most agile of the Boys and could even put a few Supes in their place when given half the chance; Stormfront can attest to that...
