The Crown Tundra DLC introduced a whole host of Pokemon from previous generations into Pokemon Sword & Shield. This mostly included legendary Pokemon as well as those only usually obtainable through fossils. As such, this gave gamers many reasons to pick up this expansion of the main game.
However, not all pocket monsters added this way are available to all trainers, as there are version exclusives for both Pokemon Sword & Pokemon Shield respectively. Players seeking to boost the power of their team with some of the rarest Pokemon in the franchise should check out the Crown Tundra.
Where To Find Omanyte & Omastar In The Crown Tundra DLC
How To Find Omanyte At The Giant's Foot
While surfing through the tall grass, trainers will have a decent chance of having a visual encounter with Omanytes that are between level 60 and level 65. They cannot be found during a sandstorm, however, there is a 24% chance to bump into them for every other weather condition besides snow and blizzards. For those latter weather conditions, the encounter rate is 20%
How To Find Omanyte & Omastar In The Roaring-Sea Cave
The conditions for finding an Omanyte in the Roaring-Sea Cave are identical to how to find them at the Giant's Foot. Even the levels they can be found at are the same, which will make searching for them easy to remember.

Similar to the latter-mentioned Bagon encounter, a wandering Salamence can be found in this location as well (and under the same weather conditions), though they will be level 68.
