Wearing the vampire’s signature black hat and white dress, as well as a similar necklace, the cosplay is on point. Alanah’s eye for detail shows clearly via the addition of a black rose to the dress, and her makeup perfectly matches the villain’s, too.
With the only detail that is not an exact match being hair color, there is plenty to love about Alanah’s cosplay of the Lady Dimitrescu – something that explains the amount of likes that the post has received. The post is also improved a bit by Alanah making a reference to the vampire lady’s canonical height, joking that she wants to find a way “to become 9’6” tall.” With discussion around Resident Evil’s latest villain at its peak, Pearce shared this well-made cosplay at the perfect time.
While Alanah Pearce has previously shown off some excellent cosplays based on characters like Spider-Gwen, Lara Croft, and Gears of War’s Kait, this latest costume has certainly brought about one of the biggest reactions thus far. A perfect blend of a character that is beloved by the internet and Alanah’s existing popularity as a streamer, cosplayer, and influencer, the post is deserving of the attention it is getting.
