Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok covers the titular Ragnarok, Nordic mythology's version of the apocalypse. The fantastical setup, and the knowledge that within the canon, Dawn of Ragnarok is partially a dream journey, has given Ubisoft Montreal more leeway in terms of adding weapons and abilities.

While the base release of Assassin's Creed Valhalla had some historically significant weapons, Dawn of Ragnarok pushes the envelope with items like Fenrir's Incisor. It's a dagger supposedly carved from the tooth of Fenrir, the wolf prophesied to kill Odin. In-game, it's a weapon that, compared to all other daggers, consumes much less stamina.

But a weapon with such utility and pedigree isn't easily stumbled across. It's hidden in a far corner of Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok's map, and requires another fantastical power to access.

Power of Jotunheim

Before the player can access Fenrir's incisor, they need the Power of Jotunheim. Specifically, they need its ability to teleport the player to pre-set red markers, called World Knots, using Assassin's Creed Valhalla's bow and arrows.

Thankfully, it's not a difficult power to acquire. The player needs The Hugr-Rip, which is a dwarven bracelet they'll get fairly early on in the main quest line. From there, they just need to kill Jotnar enemies and absorb their power.

Fenrir's Incisor Location

Fenrir's Incisor is located in Gimsteinhus, an abandoned swamp village in the Vangrinn region. It's in the southwest corner of the area, directly north of the Gulr Vik Altar on Assassin's Creed Valhalla's coastline. The suggested power level here is 370.

The village is completely frozen over, and most of the houses are destroyed. Fenrir's Incisor is in the largest building, but its door is inaccessible. Instead, the player needs to use teleportation to get inside.

Hanging on one of the trees are World Knot markers. Use the power of jotunheim to get on the branch, and scan the building for a hole on the second-floor wall. Inside that hole should be another distant world knot marker. Use that second one to teleport inside.

From here, getting Fenrir's Incisor is simply a matter of applying force. The floor has iced over sections covering wood planks, and both can be destroyed with attacks, creating a hole leading to the first floor. From there, one of the walls is iced over and also breakable, and right behind it is the chest containing Fenrir's Incisor.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
