A PlayStation fan recently traded in his massive game collection, weighing over 100 pounds. The collection includes PS1, PS2, and PS3 titles. Among them are some old gaming classics, cult hits, AAA blockbusters, and everything in between.

Sony broke into the console gaming market when it released the original PlayStation in Japan on December 3, 1994, releasing it internationally the following year. While many PS1 games retailed in the $40 to $52 range, sealed copies sometimes sell for hundreds of dollars. Even less pristine copies of some games can still net their owner a respectable return on investment at the right auction.

While prices can vary, one recent trade-in deserves credit for the sheer volume of games. YouTuber and TikToker DennisCollects operates an eBay business reselling games and uploads some notable trades to his social media accounts. Dennis recently had his biggest trade-in yet, when one of his followers traded their entire PlayStation game collection of over 200 games. Covering three generations of PlayStation consoles, the massive collection weighed in at a combined total of more than 100 pounds. The games were also in pretty good condition, arriving complete with manuals and in their original boxes or jewel cases. DennisCollects’ follower also traded in their collection of PlayStation consoles.

DennisCollects called out a few notable games as he went through the boxes. These include Mega Man X, classic JRPGs like Legend of Mana and Breath of Fire 3, and rare PS2 games like God Hand. Other titles visible on screen include Parasite Eve, Spyro: Dawn of the Dragons, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Angry Birds: Star Wars, Assassin’s Creed, Battlefield 3, MediEvil 2, Fallout 3, White Knight Chronicles, Killzone 2, Dante’s Inferno, and a mountain of others. While it’s hard to guess how much these games are worth, it’s still a staggeringly large collection.

It’s unclear what DennisCollects exchanged for this treasure trove of PlayStation titles. A previous video saw another follower trade in his collection of vintage Nintendo cartridges for a brand-new Switch and a copy of Luigi’s Mansion 3. However, the TikToker and game reseller did not say what he traded for the massive PlayStation collection. When one TikTok commenter asked, DennisCollects replied with a presumably sarcastic three dollars.

Either way, this impressive gaming collection remains staggering just to look at, and DennisCollects suggested he might upload a follow-up video showing off more games. However, the YouTuber and TikToker has yet to do so.
