For the last few years, Sony has played host to a number of "flash sales" for a range of its PS4 titles, but today Microsoft joins the party with the first-ever Xbox flash sale, which is now underway.
Announced at its X019 event today, the company is offering discounts on a number of the biggest Xbox games. These discounts range from 20-70% and include major first-party titles like Gears 5, Forza Horizon 4, and Sea of Thieves, along with the following third-party hits.

As the list shows, most of these games on sale are available in their deluxe editions which come with extra content. These often come priced at around $80-120, but are now available for $25-80, making for extra sweet deals for anyone interested in these titles.
These deals won't last long, though. Being a flash sale, Microsoft is only planning on hosting the sale for the next 36 hours. In other words, Xbox owners have until tomorrow night to take advantage of the Xbox flash sale, which they can do on Xbox's website.
