According to a leaked advertisement, Watch Dogs 2 will be released on November 15, 2016 and the cyber sequel will also be set in San Francisco, California.

Although Ubisoft’s open-world, cyber sandbox Watch Dogs wasn’t perfect by any means, the game sold 4 million copies in its first week, a statistic impressive enough for Ubisoft to grant it a sequel. That sequel, Watch Dogs 2, got a mysterious teaser trailer earlier this week, offering up little information save for a glimpse of the protagonist’s outfit, their hand and their all important smartphone. And while Ubisoft has promised that a full Watch Dogs 2 reveal is coming this Wednesday (June 8, 2016), a leaked advert for the game has revealed several keys bits of information early.

A banner ad advertising Watch Dogs 2 on IGN notes that the game will be available on the 15th of November, 2016, which lines up with Ubisoft’s previous confirmation that the game will be released at some point before April 2017. That release date is also just five months away and will certainly be good news to those frustrated by the multiple delays of the original Watch Dogs. Additionally, the ad also offers a look at the game’s protagonist and it doesn‘t appear that Aiden Pearce (the divisive lead character from the original) is making a return, though this lines up with an image posted on Instagram by actor Cort King.

In the background of the ad, meanwhile, is the Golden Gate Bridge which seems to indicate that the franchise is ditching Chicago for San Francisco. The ad offers no hints as to what players will be doing when they head to The Golden State, but creative director Jonathan Morin previously explained that his team is going to “carry on taking risks” with the sequel. Moreover, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has stated that Watch Dogs 2 will offer “innovative gameplay” and a “new tone” which is intriguing even if there are no concrete details (yet).

In addition to the full Watch Dogs 2 reveal, which takes place tomorrow at 6PM CEST, fans can likely expect the game to feature during Ubisoft’s E3 press conference. The company’s annual event takes place on June 13 and includes a pre-show along with a main show which will be hosted by comedian Aisha Tyler, who returns to host the show for the fifth time in a row. Other games expected to be shown off during the bash are For Honor, Ghost Recon Wildlands, and South Park: The Fractured but Whole, while Ubisoft also promises that the show will be “full of surprises” too.
