As we reach the final leg of Q1 2013, fans of big-name franchises can expect to see more of what they love this month. Starting off this Spring is The Amazing Spider-Man, swinging into action for the Wii U on March 5th. Also set to release on the 5th is Maxis‘ sixth installation of SimCity, which will be made available for Windows PCs immediately, with Mac OSX support to follow.
Lara Croft returns in the part-reboot, part-prequel Tomb Raider, also set to release on March 5th for PS3, Xbox 360, and Windows PC. God of War: Ascension and the long-awaited StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm hack and slash their way onto shelves March 12th, for PS3 and Windows/Mac OSX, respectively. Gears of War: Judgment is also set to explode on the scene March 19th for Xbox 360, and finishing off the first quarter of 2013 are the hotly-anticipated Bioshock Infinite on March 26th and Lost Planet 3 on March 31st — each set to release on PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.

Gotta pick between tomb raider and the show 13 so probably tomb raider haha too many games lol
Have they made improvements to the game since the last gameplay video they released? When I saw it I remembered the graphics were pretty rough, but at that time they still had time to polish things…
@ ken j
Uh the last two videos Gamerant posted I think 3 days ago te game looked pretty polished. I remember thinking the same thing a few months ago but I am really looking forward to it. Apparently I heard it’s open world once you finish the story.
Oh and also I agree bout the walking dead. I say they should have put 6 months more work in this game.
@the mighty avenger
Well, I just watched that 11 minute walkthrough video. I mean, it looks alright, but it still has the blurry textures, low geometry rocks and foliage, and reused objects, but I don’t know if that’s just because they were showing the console version or if even the PC will have these same downfalls, I guess we wouldn’t know until the game comes out and there are reviews that can shed some light on if the gameplay is repetitive or if there are any other thing that makes this game suck or whatever, lol. This is definitely a “wait for the reviews and friends’ opinions” game for me, not a preorder game…
i want Tomb Raider, Darkstalkers Resurrection, God of War: Ascension and BioShock Infinite… too bad ive limited myself to one game a month due to the ps4 reveal.
The game im getting though is GoW: Ascension… i love god of war and i think its the best franchise around! No other sony dev, not even Naughty Dog have unleashed the power of the PS3 like Santa Monica has. GoW3 is still one of the best looking console game. Ascension takes it though.
I want to get, Tomb Raider, Gears of War Judgement, Army of Two: Devils Cartel, Bioshock: Infinite, and Metro Last Light.
I’m glad my tax return comes this month.
wow i knew march was gonna be packed, but not as packed as this
must suck to be one that is lured in my dodgy looking trailers and an impulse buyer towards sequels
I will not be buying Tomb Raider, from what i seen and heard, this isn’t the same Tomb Raider that i grew up with.
I’ve had Pandora’s Tower on preorder for awhile now. I also plan on getting Lego City Undercover and Luigi’s Mansion:DM. But, I really want Tomb Raider, GoW:A and Castlevania:LoS-MoF though too. I can’t afford them all! This is too crowded of a month, where were these games the last couple of months?
Same here. Looking forward to Pandora’s Tower, Luigi’s mansion: Dark Moon, and many others. I just don’t have the money to get them all. I just now got Fire Emblem Awakening and Etrian Oddysee IV: Legends of the Titan.
Pandora’s Tower has been delayed until April 16th.
Metro Last Light comes out on the 14th of May, by the way. ^^
I can’t believe that Walking Dead Survival Instincts game is really coming out. The gameplay video they showed made it look TERRIBLE and outdated…
Wow, kind of sad, looking at that entire list, I think the only game that I’m interested in is Bioshock Infinite. I’m CURIOUS to see more of Tomb Raider, but wasn’t really a fan of the franchise, but just wanted to see how this one came out. The earlier gameplay footage released for it looked a bit rough in my opinion…
