A Reddit user by the name of ChristianRiesen compiles a list of the unique weapons that players will be able to find and purchase in Tom Clancy's The Division.

Anyone that played the game's open beta can attest that the gameplay in Tom Clancy's The Division will be driven primarily by the quest to acquire the best loot possible. Loot will be acquired on missions, found in the wild, and by purchasing it from vendors, but Ubisoft has yet to reveal exactly everything players will be able to equip their characters with in the game.

While that information likely won't come until players have thoroughly explored the game for themselves, a Reddit user by the name of ChristianRiesen has managed to put together a list of the unique weapons in The Division.

Without further ado, here are the unique weapons that can be found in The Division:

  • Caduceus
  • Cassady
  • Damascus
  • Defiler
  • Historian
  • Liberator
  • Medved
  • Midas
  • Pakhan
  • Warlord
  • Valkyria

ChristianRiesen notes that this list of unique weapons in The Division may not be comprehensive. It's also not clear what makes these particular weapons special, or what kind of gun each unique weapon is. It would make sense for the Midas weapon to be some gold-plated firearm, but it's harder to guess what a weapon called the Historian may entail, for example.

What's also unclear is how each weapon will be obtained. It is possible that some of them will be available via The Division's story missions, whereas others may need to be found by looting the game world. Alternatively, it's a safe bet that some of these special weapons will only be found in The Division's Dark Zone, a PvP area in the game where players can have their loot violently stolen from them at any given time.

What we do know is that players will be on a relatively even playing field when hunting down these unique weapons. This is because The Division will not have microtransactions, meaning that anyone found in the game with high level gear had to work to obtain it. Furthermore, The Division will not have item trading at launch, so no one will be able to pass down any of these unique weapons to other players in their group.

What do you think about the names of the unique weapons in Tom Clancy's The Division? What do you think each weapon will be? Did you find any of them already by playing through the game's betas? If so, which one did you think was the most impressive? Get at us in the comments below and leave us your thoughts on The Division's unique weapons.

Tom Clancy's The Division will be available tomorrow, March 8th, for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
