The Devil in Me is finally here, and just like all the other The Dark Pictures Anthology season one chapters, players will need to search around for collectibles while running for their lives. There are obol coins to collect, as well as plot-relevant secrets, and a collection of premonition pictures.
In The Devil in Me, there are a total of 13 anatomical drawing premonition pictures hidden around the Halloween-style serial killer's murder house. Players can find six white-framed pictures, six black-framed pictures, and one gold-framed spoiler picture for the next game. And many players will want to see them all.
Dark Picture Premonition: Opportunity - Explosion
The first of the premonitions is during the first part of the game, when Mark and Charlie wander off of their own to catch some footage from the Lighthouse in the creepy horror town surrounding the murder hotel. Players will break into the locked up lighthouse, and after a prompt to hide, will find the kitchen. This first picture is located on the kitchen wall by the fridge. When entering the kitchen area, Charlie will need to turn to the right, then look to his right on the wall.
Dark Picture Premonition: Island - Turned
This photo is near the trolley when Kate and Jamie are exploring. Near the broken down little cabin that is locked, there is a place that Kate can jump over (of Jamie can in the Curator's Cut). Hop the wall, then go into the house. There is a secret evidence photo in there as well as the white-framed premonition.
Dark Picture Premonition: Cigarettes - Burnt
When all the characters are settled into their rooms, Charlie will head to the bar in search of a pack of smokes. Before searching the Devil in Me's bar for cash for the cigarette machine, when first entering the bar area, look immediately to the left. There will be a small framed picture on the wall right next to the window in the corner of the room.
Dark Picture Premonition: Scouting - United
Both Mark and Kate, who is played by Jessie Buckley in the Devil in Me, will wander off to shoot the start without Charlie's input. Players will wander around looking for a good source of natural light as Mark, and on the way, there will be yet another white-framed photo for players to find. After heading up the stairs past Kate's room, head straight across to the dead-end hallway. There will be a small framed anatomical drawing on the wall to the right.
Dark Picture Premonition: Noises - Stabbed
When playing as The Devil in Me character Erin looking for the source of the crying with her sound gear, players will need to look around all the different hallways to find this picture. This white-framed anatomical print will be hanging at the end of one of the dead ends. Be careful to check each dead end carefully, as the walls will close as Erin walks around.
Dark Picture Premonition: Blood Trails - Cured
After Jamie and Charlie find the trashed lobby when the power is out, they can look around. There will be a collectible business card on the floor by the stairs. A little further from the stairs, on the floor, will be an anatomical drawing. If heading down the stairs, look to the character's left by the wall.
Dark Picture Premonition: Workshop - Uncanny
As Mark, players will have to search the murder's lab to find a way out. Near The Devil in Me's creepy animatronic that begs him to "push the button," there will be a black-framed picture of a skull on the floor. There is also an obol on the opposite side of the room, by the workbench.
Dark Picture Premonition: Interrogation - Crushed
Playing as the reused Dark Pictures face model Jamie, players will investigate the hidden spaces behind the bedrooms' massive mirrors. Behind the red-lit mirror, there will be a red room with monitors and cameras. Look to the left of where Jamie sees Mark on the screens and interact with the black-framed brain drawing.
Dark Picture Premonition: Morellos - Dragged
After finding out the key code for the spare room in the Morellos' old room in the horror hotel, Kate and Erin can find the next white-frames picture of a spine on the opposite side of the room from the door-blocking mattress.
Dark Picture Premonition: Director’s Suite - Masked
When Jamie, Erin, and Kate make their plan to catch the killer in the Director's Suite, players will eventually get into the hallway as Jamie. In this hall, there is a framed photo on the wall before Jamie makes contact with the murderer.
Dark Picture Premonition: Maze - Searching
Near the end of the story of the Devil in Me, players will get lost as Erin in a maze outside. There will be a framed photo fallen to the ground in a dead end near the electrical box that's missing its handle.
Dark Picture Premonition: Pool - Spiked
Playing as Mark in the Devil In Me's pool chapter, players will find the key to the pool dressing rooms in the pool. After entering the building, players will need to pass through the whole building. In the final room, look to the right of the door Mark enters; there will be a framed drawing on the wall.
Dark Picture Premonition: Cliffside - Spaced
This is the spoiler picture frame; it contains a single scene from the upcoming Supermassive title: The Dark Pictures Anthology: Directive 8020. It is located in the upper area of the curing factory. Before entering, Charlie will have to climb a ladder. In order to get into the factory, he will need to go left and push the box to the ground. But to find this picture, players have to head right instead. Go into the open window and find this picture on the wall to the right.
