Random, Useful, And Odd Terraria Seeds

Terraria A Dungeon in place

There are a lot of random seeds that players have stumbled across that include some helpful, harmful, or downright odd generations. Here's a look at some seeds from Terraria 1.4 that feature some unique issues, events, or designs:

  • An Early Walk In The Dungeon (Seed: 100865193)

This particular seed has seen the Big Tree burst its roots through the dungeon, allowing players access to it before having to deal with Skeletron.

  • The Fastest Enchanted Sword (Seed: 1841878846 | Size: Small | Type: Classic | Evil: Corruption)

This seed will allow players to snag an Enchanted Sword almost instantly. By digging straight down from spawn and looking to the left in a pool of water (as soon as a "cave opens up" from digging downward) players can snag the blade.

  • Some Strange Generations (Seed: 5162020 | Size: Small | Type: Classic | Evil: Corruption)

This is definitely one of the weirdest seed generations that players have come across. Not only is this world packed with a lot of useful biomes pretty close to spawn, it also features both a Crimson biome and a Corruption biome. Usually, the game only generates one of these particular places at a time, so finding both packed into one small map is ideal for players that are looking to get their hands on everything they possibly can. Near the Crimson biome (to the East from spawn) there is also a Dungeon that is buried underneath the ground, with the entrance firmly beneath the overworld. Players will need to dig to find the opening to enter the Dungeon itself.

  • Granite Mini-Biome Near The Surface (Seed: 1.1.1.420369751 | Size: Small | Type: Classic | Evil: Crimson)

Terraria has introduced a lot of interesting biomes, enemies, items, and materials over the years. The Granite Mini-biome is one of the most interesting additions, allowing players to get their hands on Granite, giving them access to a new material to build furniture and other things. These biomes also include Granite Elementals and Granite Golems, which both have a small chance to drop Night Vision Helmets. The issue is that, usually, these miniature locations are found deeper underground and can be difficult to find due to their small size. Thankfully, this seed places one almost right next to the spawn. If players travel East from spawn, they'll spot a Marble biome on the surface. Digging straight down from this Marble biome will spit them into a Granite biome, giving them access to both materials.

  • An Easier Muramasa (Seed: 1.1.1.301989527 | Size: Small | Type: Classic | Evil: Crimson)

Players that are looking to build the Night's Edge will need to get their hands on the Muramasa. This particular sword can be difficult to come across and is usually found in locked Golden Chests within the Dungeon of each world. Trying to guess which of these chests has the sword within it can be rough, especially since each one of these chests takes a Golden Key. Thankfully, this seed gives access to a fairly easy-to-find Muramasa. If players head left from the spawn they'll eventually encounter the dungeon entrance. After defeating Skeletron, players can dive into the dungeon and continue exploring the linear path until they spot a painting of a Skull. From there players will want to head right and through a door until they reach a wall. Digging through this wall will put players in a new area with a Golden Chest below them. The Muramasa is located within this chest.

  • A Perfect Place For Beginners (Seed: 2014307839 | Size: Small | Type: Classic | Evil: Crimson)

Those that are just starting their Terraria journey in 1.4 may benefit from this seed. It has a lot of great, easy to get items early on and features two floating islands right by the spawn.

  • Drunk World (Seed: 05162020)

This Terraria 1.4 seed generates a world with many peculiarities, and players that explore it will find that both World Evils are present, that surface Living Trees appear more frequently, and beyond. This seed is also where fans can find Moon Lord Legs, an armor piece that many in the community will definitely want to get their hands on.

  • Not the bees (Seed: Not the bees)

A reference to the 2006 film The Wicker Man, this good Terraria 1.4 seed is all about bees, and players will discover that Stone blocks have been replaced by Hive blocks, Water has been replaced by Honey, and more in this unique world. Fans will also encounter a great deal of Hornets and Larva in this seed, as those can appear in all locations.

  • For the worthy (Seed: for the worthy)

Players that are looking for a challenge should definitely give this best Terraria 1.4 seed a try, as it dramatically raises the difficulty of Re-Logic's popular sandbox game. Massively increased enemy health and damage, water replaced with lava, and exploding bunnies are just a few of the things that fans will encounter in this secret world seed.

  • CelebrationMk10 (Seed: celebrationmk10)
