In a settlement filing to a 2008 class action lawsuit, Electronic Arts will repay customers for a portion of their ‘Madden,’ ‘NCAA Football,’ and ‘AFL’ game purchases since 2005. They’ll also lose exclusivity rights with college football after 2014.
