The release date for one of the most anticipated games of the year, Splinter Cell: Conviction, is now “set in stone”. Earlier today Ubisoft pushed out an official tweet (@ubisoft) with a twitpic of a rock engraved with “4.13.10″, Conviction‘s new release date. This is a good sign for fans of the series. Initially Conviction was given a Q4 2009 release, which was then pushed back to February, before another delay to where it now sits.
Since this time the date is in stone, it appears to be happening. Recently I added an Xbox 360 to my console arsenal, and since that day, Splinter Cell: Conviction has been at the top of my most anticipated games list.

I'm excited for this, I'm a big fan of all the games, and I've even read the novels…I'm looking forward this one big time.
Let's home they stick to this one. Never really been a fan of these games, but the changes to this one look interesting.
