[Update: Looks like the boys at Harmonix wanted to have a little fun with the gaming press, so they took to the internet to release their official response to the leak of the song list for Rock Band 3. As you will see, Harmonix is clearly disputing the accuracy of the leak and states that all official news regarding the song list will only come from the company itself. That being said, you may want to pay attention to what is going on in the left-hand portion of the screen for further clarification.

Didn't catch all of the songs? Don't worry. We listed them for your reading pleasure below. ]

Oh YouTube, you and your delightful HD settings have done it again. It seems that user GottGameShows uploaded a video to YouTube yesterday (that has since been removed) showing a Harmonix representative scrolling through the entire Rock Band 3 set-list in gorgeous HD quality, perfectly readable, and the internet went crazy noting each and every song. This set-list could be the final finished set-list for Rock Band 3.

Of course, this is still in the rumour stages, because not only are there some differences between previous leaks, but also we don’t know what may, or may not have been DLC. We did get a good idea of a few songs then we first saw the trailer, and this new list seems like it could be a rather complete well rounded setlist, but I guess we wont know until we get an official list from Harmonix.

As a huge Rock Band fan myself, I am really excited about the selection of songs this time around. It seems, more complete and well rounded then in previous versions. Of course, as a fan I know that this is only the start. We can be sure a long sting of DLC songs are set to follow. I wonder though if they will upgrade all my old songs to include keyboards and vocal harmonies, because I have hundreds of dollars worth of DLC that I would love a fresh start at. Ether way, these songs are solid, vary across a lot of genres and tastes, and I think it will be a ton of fun.

What do you think of the Rock Band 3 song-list? Complete, incomplete, does it include DLC, or just all smoke and mirrors to keep the fans guessing? Tell us what you think!
