Even celebrities love their classic games.
On a recent episode of Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night, Robin Williams is questioned about his love of gaming. He says he is a big fan of Call of Duty and has been “playing for a long time.”
In the video, he talks about the age gap between himself and a 10-year-old, and how he gets the occasional foreign gamer. Two of his children, Cody and Zelda, are named after classic video games, the latter being quite clear. He does not specify on Cody’s namesake, but does make his love for the legend very obvious.
While any celebrity can name-drop the major mainstream game titles that make news headlines, it takes a real hardcore gamer to name their child Zelda.
Would you name your kid after any video game characters?

If I had my way, I’d all my first born son Guybrush… it’s not likely to happen though.
At least Zelda is not as weird as Apple or other crazy names. I might name my first born Kratos
@StPauly – If you mean Kratos from Tales of Symphonia, you’re officially my hero XD
I love Robin Williams. So much.
@ John Jacques
Why don’t you marry him then!
Haha ya Robin Williams seems like a cool guy
The Call of Duty impressions are spot on.
As for my first kid’s name – I’m going with Bowser or Solid Snake.
