Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid started off with a small selection of characters to choose from, but now that it's nearing the end of Season 3, the roster has grown substantially. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is ending Season 3 with a bang, too, adding a popular villain from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers era of the TV series: Scorpina.

As of today, Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid players can play as Scorpina in the fighting game, with her entry marking the end of the game's Season 3. Previous Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid Season 3 characters included Robert "RJ" James, aka the purple wolf ranger from Power Rangers: Jungle Fury, as well as Lauren Shiba, also known as the red ranger from Power Rangers: Super Samurai. Scorpina is the only villain to be added to the game as part of Season 3.

Scorpina joins a variety of other playable characters in Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid. While the bulk of the Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid roster consists of Power Rangers, there are some other villains as well, including Goldar, Lord Zedd, and Lord Drakkon (from the comic book series). The game has barely scratched the surface in terms of villains, and so it will be interesting to see who may be added in future updates.

The original Power Rangers villain, Rita Repulsa, would be a strong addition to the cast. Not to mention many of the other high-profile villains that have been featured in the TV series over the years. For now, though, fans of the game will have to be satisfied with Scorpina while they wait for news on any new characters that may be coming in a potential Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid Season 4.

Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is out now for PC, PS4, Stadia, Switch, and Xbox One.
