Pokemon Black 2 White 2 Release Date

After months of waiting, the release dates for two of this year's most anticipated games have been announced. Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 will be available on store shelves this October, and both will be joined by the downloadable Pokemon Dream Radar. If catching 'em all doesn't sound all that appealing to you, then the promise of Guild Wars 2 this August just may.

It's been quite the build up leading to the release of Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2. The games have only just released in Japan, to instant retail success, and now Nintendo has detailed when it plans to repeat the same financial triumph in North America. Trainers, get ready for October 7th, because this is the day that the pair of new adventures will be unleashed amongst the legions of pocket monster enthusiasts.

Accompanying the pair of Poke-sequels is the 3DS exclusive Pokemon Dream Radar, which will interact with the DS games in an interesting fashion. Wild Pokemon caught within PDR can be transferred into Black 2 and White 2, giving 3DS owners a huge incentive to play the duo of anticipated titles on the newer portable.

Not to be outdone by the likes of Nintendo's Pokemon franchise, NCsoft has publically established the release date for Guild Wars 2. PC gamers high on expectations will finally be able to sink their teeth in the sequel to Guild Wars this August 28th. The team at ArenaNet have been working on the MMO for several years, and their hard work will finally be realized when the final product releases in exactly two months time.

All of the previously mention titles each have a strong following, and should perform righteously at retail. As the days inevitably wind down towards each release, gamers will be exitedly crossing days off their calendar, so let's just hope that time flies.
