Who is Joakim Mogren? Is Phantom Pain a real game? Is Moby Dick Studio a real game developer? These are just a few of the questions we hope to have answered by this time tomorrow night.

More importantly, fans want to know if Metal Gear Solid 5, or Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, are in any way tied to The Phantom Pain. The mysterious game's trailer featured some pretty compelling footage that indicated it was, but there have been no outright confirmations.

However, all that should change, as Geoff Keighley plans to sit down with Joakim Mogren for an exclusive interview tonight. Additionally, Keighley hopes to learn more about Phantom Pain, the game that first caught our eye back at the Spike VGAs.

According to Keighley, he has never before met Mogren, but he was shown some new images from the game. We have no idea what those images were though.

Frankly, we hope that Kojima, if he is indeed Joakim Mogren, abandons the charade and just admits that Phantom Pain is Metal Gear Solid 5. Moreover, if Geoff Keighley has been in on it from the beginning, well, that probably won't change gamers' perception of him anyway.

It will be odd, however, to have two high profile Metal Gear Solid games in development. That said, if Metal Gear Solid 5 were a next-gen title, that might be another major selling point for Sony's PS4.

Or maybe we're all reading too much into it — maybe Joakim Mogren is the CEO of Moby Dick Studio, and Phantom Pain is their first game. Actually, there's no one that can be true.

Why would GameTrailers TV — a show known for breaking big news in the gaming world and getting all the high profile talent on for interviews — set up an interview with someone we've never even seen before. Phantom Pain has to be Metal Gear in some way, shape, or form. We'll make sure to provide an update after the GameTrailers TV episode airs on Thursday.

Do you think that Mogren/Kojima will blow the lid on the next Metal Gear Solid? Or will he just try to confuse us more?
