If they don't do a star wars lightsaber game for Natal it will be as big a letdown as the wii has been (no lightsaber game for that either). Only Wii sports and Wii fit have shown what motion control can do, the rest of the games (in my experience and opinion) have just had the controls tacked on (RES EVIL 4 springs to mind).

If they developed a lightsaber game, it would see millions (regardless of if it is a good game or not). Mark my words

There possibilities for use for natal is endless. What about a patient being wheeled into an ER unconscous. Natal recognizes him and pulls up his complete medical history along with emergency contacts for the doctors.

Or a registered sex offender who walks onto an elementry school campus. Natal could notify authorities of his location.

Definately endless possibilities!

If you could hold something like the Wiimote's nunchuck in your hand, yes, Natal would work brilliantly for hardcore games. You'd have the most important element in your hands (an analog stick, and a couple of buttons or a trigger), while also gaining the ability to gesture commands, point towards objects on the screen and move your body.

I'd consider this more of a 'medium-core' of sorts, as it'd just bridge the gaps between the two, but could be enough to get some Natal action out of Halo... or a next-gen Battle Toads ('twould be sweet!).
