Monthly Game Guide November

It’s that time of the year again: yes, it’s November. Come the eleventh month, Activision releases the latest in the Call of Duty franchise, smashing sales records and frightening off every other publisher until Q1 of the following year. But this month, there’s two juggernauts going up against each other. It’s Halo 4 vs Black Ops 2, in what’s sure to be the fight of the century – at least until Halo 5 goes up against Black Ops 3.

Gamers can also look forward to the release of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale on the PS3 and Vita, which accompanies a string of high-profile Vita titles such as Persona 4 Golden. Perhaps the most intriguing November launch will be that of the Wii U, which lands on the 18th in North America. As the first next generation console, it will be interesting to see if gamers will flock to Nintendo’s latest offering, or wait for the PS4 and Xbox 720.

Black ops, halo, playstation all stars and assassins creed 3… im gonna have no money left XD.

  • COREY_1993

also do you guys have a copy of black ops and are currently reviewing it?

    • Rob Keyes

      No Black Ops 2 yet

  • Martin

Hitman Absolution is the only game I’m looking forward to. I just beat AC3, Darksiders 2 wasn’t that great, and I got tired of Halo after the second one.

  • The mighty avenger

Doesn’t assassins creed ezio trilogy come in November or am I mistaken?

    • Anthony Mole

Yes you’re right, I must have missed this one. I’ll fix it :).

      • The mighty avenger

Haha awesome thanks. Yeah I plan on picking it up so I got mildly confused when I didn’t see it lol no worrie though.

But for me just playing ac3 web I pick it up Friday and maye black ops 2 if I can afford it. Just bought liberation and enjoying it. Almost finished it.

  • Anthony Mole

I’m taking a break from new releases this month, mostly spending time going through the ol’ backlog.

Just picked up Halo 4, so I’m currently playing that, as well as the PS3 JRPG Mugen Souls and F.E.A.R. Extraction Point on my PC. Then I’ll be getting Black Ops 2 next week.

I also plan to finally start Derrick the Deathfin and perhaps Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation. Never been a fan of the franchise, but I find the Vita game strangely intriguing.

  • boogoo

I’m interested in playing the campaigns for Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 but I won’t be buying them. I think I’ll be getting Hitman though. :)

    • boogoo

Oh and awesome Monthly Game Guide picture 😉

      • Anthony Mole

Photo credits go to the lovely Andrew Dyce, who makes these for me each month.

  • LunoYoryiki

….saints row, and sonic allstars racing is all thats left to get for me…..

  • Matt

So many games. O.O The only November release I’m definitely getting is Black Ops 2. However, I plan on getting NASCAR The Game: Inside Line at some point. Depending on the reviews, I may eventually pick up PSASBR and Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse.

    • Rob Keyes

No kidding. I have a pile of brand new and recent releases I don’t know when I can play 😐
