I’ve never seen as many behind-the-scenes videos for a series of games as the Splinter Cell franchise. Splinter Cell: Conviction is certainly no different -- and rightfully so -- as Ubisoft has been churning out great videos for the title.
This latest trailer focuses on beloved voice actor (and Richter from Total Recall) Michael Ironside who describes the voice acting process for Conviction.
I doubt anyone could have been a better choice for the voice of Sam Fisher. The video is definitely a pat on Ubisoft’s back for bringing Michael Ironside on board.
I’ve always been a fan of the dark humored Sam Fisher, but with Conviction focusing on a more human story, it’ll be nice to see a lighter side of Splinter Cell’s bad boy.
Splinter Cell: Conviction will let people realize their inner gruff voice on April 16, 2010.

That is great! I love these behind the scenes videos!
I can not wait for this game!
I was originally excited for this, but the Ubisoft DRM controversy makes me stop and consider.
Conviction is definitely creeping up on me. At first I wasn't really interested in going back to this world but the more I think about it… the more likely I am to pick it up.
That's why I'm getting it for 360. The DRM situation with Ubisoft is really janky, especially since you NEED the internet in order to play it. I hope in the future, DRM protection will be less of a hassle on the gamer, but in the end, the system as it is now is a result of a company protecting their investment.
