In the wake of Capcom’s recent announcement stating that Monster Hunter Frontier was coming to Xbox 360, Capcom also let slip a trailer showing off some characters that we never even expected to see in Lost Planet 2. These characters are Marcus Fenix and Dom Santiago from Gears of War fame.

Check out these two bad-asses in action:
I’ve never thought about it before but these guys are a perfect fit for Lost Planet 2. Both games are about fighting bugs and both are 3rd-person! Marcus and Dom aren’t use to flying through the air with a grappling hook, but they can jump off of moving trains onto helicopters, so I’m sure they will catch on.
Marcus and Dom join Resident Evil’s Albert Wesker in Lost Planet 2 as guest stars, and at this rate we could very well end up seeing more characters. The question brought fourth by the Xbox exclusive characters is of course, “Will the PS3 get exclusive characters too?” We will see in time my friends… we will see. My vote goes to Sackboy!!!
