“I’ve noticed everyone wants online co-op with LEGO Indy 2. Give it a few weeks – we’re working on a patch for 360 and PS3 as I type this!” was posted on the account yesterday.
This is good news for fans of the game as the LEGO title format lends itself naturally to online play. The game normally requires a minimum of two on-screen characters to solve puzzles, one controlled by the computer, and the other by the player. Co-op would afford the opportunity for friends to tackle levels together online if you’ve got no one to play with at home.
There was no word regarding online sharing of levels from the game’s level builder system – the first of its kind for a LEGO game. However, I would imagine that if online co-op catches on, then level sharing won’t be far behind.

That’s one hell of a patch! Props to the developers.
Man, what an awesome time to be a gamer. When games can become that much cooler with a patch.

co-op is awesome
when r they goin to add more players to lego games?
This game (in the US) just needs a friggin patch to fix all the ridiculous glitches, including 3 or 4 trophies at the end of the games. Does TT use Duplo playing toddlers to do their testing? All their games are released embarrassingly buggy.
i actually worked as tester on indy 2 and in the sake of covering my own back, i am keeping anonymous.
we (as QA) were well aware of the bugs during submission. some of which were pretty bad. unfortuanatly its about getting things out by the deadlines, so minor graphical and collision bugs get overlooked. sadly, this is QA 101 for all dev companies as i have found out over the years.
