Rockstar games are notorious for containing numerous items to collect throughout the expansive worlds they present and L.A. Noire is no different. Exploration is always encouraged in an open world game like this and to reward players for their efforts (or torture them for 100% completion), Rockstar included various film reels of the era for players to find and earn the 'Hollywoodland' achievement.

Aside from the 50 film cannisters that litter the entirety of the L.A. Noire game world, players will also be able to visit real life landmarks of Los Angeles in all of their digitized glory. Simply driving by the location will log them as visited and will count toward your 'Star Maps' achievement.

Anyway, the handy dandy list and map locations was made available by the hard working folks at Gamesradar, so head to their site to get yourself that much closer to the auspicious 100% completion.

We've also comprised the list of L.A. Noire achievements for your perusal. Our review will be coming soon, as well. In case you're not playing the game on the Xbox 360, don't forget to become informed about the issues with PS3 Firmware Update 3.61 and how it could affect L.A. Noire.

For those player who just aren't happy completing a campaign and collecting a few extra achievements, you'll definitely want to take a look at the ways that the Rockstar Social Club can help you keep track of your in-game progress.

From most standpoints, L.A. Noire has been delivered another solid and engrossing experience and finally allows players to play a Rockstar game from the perspective of the police. MotionTech facial technology has allowed Team Bondi to create some of the most realistic facial expressions seen in games and makes the interrogation and interviewing portions of L.A. Noire ones to be rivaled.

If you have not yet tried the game out for yourself, stop what you're doing, go out, and play it right now. It will be one of the least regrettable things of your entire life.

L.A. Noire is available now for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
