A new Genshin Impact leak has apparently revealed all cards that will appear in the upcoming TCG mode which is confirmed to be a new permanent game mode. Even before 3.2 arrived, the game's social media accounts already started to roll out details about the following patches including the release of a new Anemo character named Wanderer, previously known as Scaramouche.

Developer HoYoverse officially announced the arrival of a new TCG mode during the Special Program event for version 3.1. Since then, there was not a lot of information on this matter until Genshin Impact's official Twitter account officially confirmed that the new TCG mode named Genius Invokation will arrive in the next update.

A new Genshin Impact leak apparently revealed all 211 cards that will appear in the first version of the new Genius Invokation TCG. These cards will apparently feature a number of popular faces from the playable roster such as Diluc, Bennett, Razor, as well as some recently added Genshin Impact characters like Cyno and Collei. Fans have pointed out that some of these characters like Ningguang and Paimon appear on multiple cards.

Previous Genshin Impact leaks have revealed that the new mode will have online matchmaking and weekly commissions, but they will be unlocked after reaching level 2. There will be a lot of NPCs spread over the world of Teyvat that can be challenged to a duel and their location can be tracked by a new gadget that should arrive alongside the new game mode.

Each turn players will get eight Elemental Dice, one for each Genshin Impact element and a flexible one, which can be rolled before taking turns to act and finish a turn. Players can take one of the following actions during their turn: switch their Active Character, discard a card to change the elemental type of one of the dice, use their character's skills and end their turn.

The addition of a new permanent game mode is certainly a step in the right direction to solve one of Genshin Impact's greatest problems which is the lack of end-game content. At the moment, experienced players have to rely on the last two floors of the Spiral Abyss to test the power of their team composition.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
