If the answer to all of the above questions is "Yes", then you should download We Rule, a new kingdom sim from ngmoco:), the creators of Rolando and Eliminate Pro.
Developed in collaboration with Newtoy (a development studio comprised of many talented developers that worked on the Age of Empires and Halo Wars series') We Rule is incredibly reminiscent of the Wii title Little King's Story. In both titles, you own a small area of land, and the idea is to expand your kingdom onto pastures new.
The gameplay mechanic is incredibly simple. Simply point and... well, you don't even need to click. The game starts you off with a tiny castle, a small area of land, and a simple set of tutorials designed to ease you into the world. After that, it's up to you. You can build farms, schools, houses, villages, wells, windmills... heck, there's even a dragon's lair if you decide you like that sort of thing!
However, the biggest reason you should download We Rule is down to the online, server-based aspect. Whilst it may be experiencing some problems at the moment (it has, after all, only just been released), the possibilities of such a service are staggering. Add your friends to your world, then instantly pop over and see how their village is doing in real time.
Not only can you see how they're doing, oh no! Where would be the fun in that? If they have a business running, say a Mining trade or a Tailor's shop, you can order their business to create supplies for your town - earning both you and your friend money and experience, which you can spend on building more farms, more houses and even more businesses.
