Everything seems to be coming together for Forza Motorsport 4. With its October release date is almost exactly three months away, now is the time to start cranking up the hype machine. To that end, Microsoft has just released Forza 4's blistering E3 2011 trailer, which features a full run-down of what players can expect from the game and a nice long look at its eye-popping graphics.

Though many of the features that were officially announced for Forza Motorsport 4 during Microsoft's E3 2011 Press Conference (Kinect integration, online car clubs, 16 player races) were leaked in an information-packed trailer that hit the web last April, that doesn't take any of the punch away from this amazing look at the game.

Simply put, Forza 4 is stunning -- head and shoulders above the other Forza games, visually, and a clear victory for developer Turn 10 Studios. For once, the "All In-Game Footage" disclaimer earns its spot in the trailer, as the opening scenes of rendered cars look uncannily believable.

No description will suffice. Take a look at the Forza Motorsport 4 E3 2011 trailer, and see what are all but certainly some of the best graphics the Xbox 360 will ever produce.

There can be no doubt about the ambitiousness of Forza 4. Keyed to the words Kinect, Community, and Epic, the game's extensive feature list -- even in its bullet-pointed, trailer-friendly shorthand -- should appeal to practically any racing fan.

  • Kinect integration
  • Kinect Voice
  • Kinect Headtracking
  • Community Car Clubs
  • Community Rivals Mode
  • Community 16 Players
  • Epic 80+ Manufacturers
  • Epic Monthly Expansions
  • Epic World Tour

Naturally, a Forza Motorsport 4 Limited Edition will be made available, and there are pre-order bonuses for those players who are ready to throw down a little money right now. Remember, Forza 4 won Game Rant's award for Best Sports/Racing Game of E3 2011.

Only EA's Need for Speed: The Run stands to challenge Forza Motorsport 4 for dominance of the racing genre this Fall, though truthfully the games could not be more different, and Forza beats The Run to store shelves by a full month. Need for Speed may be the bigger name, but Forza has never been better. Once both games are on shelves, it may just be Microsoft giving EA a run -- for its money.

What do you think of the Forza 4 E3 trailer? Which racing game will you be playing this Fall?

Forza Motorsport 4 releases October 11, 2011, exclusively for the Xbox 360.
