Final Fantasy 15 Prince Gang

Since its announcement at E3 2006 under the name Final Fantasy Versus 13Final Fantasy 15 has been one of the most anticipated titles from the Square Enix faithful. Unfortunately for Final Fantasy fans, they've only received minute details on the game in the near-decade that followed its initial announcement, until the freshly re-branded Final Fantasy 15 was shown off during Sony's E3 2013 press conference.

Since officially being renamed to Final Fantasy 15, the game has received a lot more attention by Square Enix, and fans have even had a chance to get their hands on the game through the Episode Duscae demo included with Day One Editions of Final Fantasy: Type-0 HD. Even so, Square Enix still has yet to give the game its proper full blowout, but that looks to be coming at this year's Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany.

Taking place from August 5th through August 9th, Square Enix plans to jam pack Gamescom with Final Fantasy 15 details, conferences, and events. Better yet, those unable to travel to Germany for the show will be able to take in all the Final Fantasy 15 content from the comfort of their own homes by watching the livestreams on Square Enix's Twitch channel.

What new information on Final Fantasy 15 are you hoping to hear of during Gamescom? What features do you want the game to embrace? Does the lack of female party members bother you? Sound off in the comments below about Final Fantasy 15!

Final Fantasy 15 does not currently have a release window, but the game will be made available at some point in the future for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
