Ubisoft E3 2012 Far Cry Assassins Creed 3

Catch up with the Game Rant crew and our live report from The Los Angeles Theatre for Ubisoft’s Official E3 2012 Press Conference. We also have the video stream the press conference from the June 5th event, so kick back, relax, and feel free to add your comments.

Based upon the Microsoft Press Conference, we expected to see more of Sam Fisher’s exploits in Splinter Cell Blacklist, in addition to appearances from Assassin’s Creed 3 and Far Cry 3Ubisoft has always showcased new uses of the Kinect, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see some games that focus solely on that device. And what would an Ubisoft press conference be without another Just Dance game? More importantly, will Mr. Caffeine make a return appearance? Or will Joel McHale return to laugh at his own jokes? Watch and find out!

  1. Ubisoft have owned. Farcry 3, Assassins Creed 3, and Watch Dogs. Cat wait for any of them. Watch Dogs especially, really in need of some interesting new IPs and this certainly looks like it could be huge.

  2. Far Cry 3 looks good! Assassin’s Creed 3 looks incredible! and Watch Dogs?? I nutted when I saw this, huge surprise and truly impressive. Ubisoft had an impressive show, thank God I got cable :)

  3. Farcry 3 WOW!, Splinter Cell Blacklist – WOOOT SAM IS BACK! YESS!!, Assassin’s Creed III – OMGOMGOGM AAWWEESOMEEE!!!, Watch Dogs – …ooo___0000000 —HOOOOLLYLY SHIIITT AWESOME ANNA SDLKNASDLASD!!!
Wow, damn, Ubisoft BLEW ME AWAY!!

Assassin’s Creed III was breathtaking, specially the whole captaining your own ship! Damn they really improved on AC2 just like they improved on AC1 with AC2.

Farcry 3′s Nudity caught me off gaurd though. I don’t have a problem with it being in the game, but I really think they shouldn’t have shown that in the LIVE footage as there are many younger gamers watching, and with their parents too…so I think they shoulda atleast panned the camera or something..but overall, the game looks really amazing.

Splinter Cell Blacklist looked really cool. The setting in Iran I found kinda nice too cause I understand Persian so I know what the thugs are blabbering about. The gameplay is Conviction’s basically…though sure it’s a whole control revamp for the SC series, same as Conviction, I really wished for it to be like the old school SC games..really stealthy and I don’t have any problem bringing old controls back, less sluggishly ofcourse. Overall, am really excited.

Watch Dogs —- Caught me off gaurd. At first I was like WTF IS THIS?? Then I thought I was learning all of the government’s top secrets. And in the end it was a whole HOLYY—WWAAAAWW!!!! The setting I thought was like exactly from GTA IV, but damn..those graphics and gameplay.. I have no words.

Damn, as if I don’t love Ubisoft enough.. XD

  4. Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed 3 just wowed me

  5. all of the game look amazing im most excited for farcry 3
