Yesterday the official Blizzard forums for Diablo 3 were taken over with discussion, complaints and concern over a game-breaking exploit. By timely using a combination of abilities, players using Wizard characters could literally render themselves completely invincible to enemy attacks for as long as they wish. The exploit could be used in hardcore mode as well, allowing players with the know-how the easiest path to success.

It took nearly a day but Blizzard is fixing that issue, just in time for another to arise. While Wizards may not be overpowered any longer, Barbarians now are.

The Diablo 3 Wizard exploit meant that players didn't have to worry about positioning themselves for optimum safety and ranged attacks. Barbarians however, are designed to get up close and personal and the new exploit caters to that fact. By cleverly entering a cinematic using the Furious Charge ability with the Dreadnought Rune, players grant themselves an 8% health per strike bonus. By continually hitting (in the video above, with the Whirlwind ability), players can maintain their health at max throughout the fight.

If player dies with the exploit effects on, they'll need to reactivate it at another cinematic point. As for the Wizard exploit, Blizzard forum community moderator Xordiah posted the following, asking for help from the community to share all of the details about the exploit so they can quickly patch it:

"We are currently rolling out a hotfix for a recent bug regarding invulnerable Wizards. We will continue to carefully monitor this issue and welcome anyone with information about bugs or hacks to submit a detailed report to our Hacks Team by emailing hacks@blizzard.com, or by completing the Hacks Report web form. In your correspondence, please include any steps necessary to replicate the issue as well as any additional details you are able to provide."

The video up top was shared by Chango99, a Diablo 3 player who also shared gameplay footage of yesterday's Wizard exploit. Maybe tomorrow we'll have a new Demon Hunter exploit?
