Destiny 2's The Witch Queen expansion will be releasing in three weeks from today, and it's very likely that the days leading to the official launch will be filled with all sorts of teasers and reveals. Players are eagerly waiting on more details for the Void 3.0 update, which will dramatically change the way the Void subclass works due to it shifting to the Stasis model of Aspects and Fragments. Little is known at the moment when it comes to weapon crafting as well, especially with Destiny 2's Orbs of Power generation undergoing major changes with the new expansion.

Still, The Witch Queen will introduce several new Destiny 2 Exotic items for players to snatch, be it during the campaign, through weapon crafting, or with the Season Pass. Exotics are particularly meaningful for all those players who like to make their own builds, which is something that Bungie has been shifting its attention to over the past few sandbox patches. As such, the new trailer for The Witch Queen comes just at the right time, highlighting all the new Exotics coming with the expansion, what they do, and how to get them.

A new trailer appeared on the official YouTube channel for Destiny 2, and while the base video is similar to the AdSense leaked Exotic teaser from a couple of days ago, this new one has more footage and captions for all the Exotics it shows. The trailer starts with an example of weapon crafting, which apparently will be unlocked by retrieving a relic on Mars, and it shows a new Witch Queen weapon's perks and how it performs in the game, albeit briefly. The first new Exotic to be revealed is Grand Overture, a slug launcher that fires full-auto missiles, and that's exclusive to the Season Pass.

The second Exotic is a grenade launcher called Parasite that shoots Hive worms for explosive damage. An Exotic that players will recognize is the Osteo Striga SMG, the gun coming with The Witch Queen preorder, and it appears to have explosive toxic rounds, possibly hinting at Lightfall's next Darkness subclass and its element. The three class-exclusive glaives are shown next, with the Titan's creating a protective shield resembling Ward of Dawn, the Warlock's creating a healing turret, and the Hunter's shooting tracking lightning.

Lastly, the three new class-exclusive Exotic armor pieces are revealed: Hoarfrost-Z chest armor for Titans, Osmiomancy gloves for Warlocks, and Blight Ranger helmet for Hunters. These are likely coming from Destiny 2's Lost Sectors in Season 16, which are also changing to a single Legend and Master Lost Sector per day.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
