It's been a hectic couple of weeks for Destiny 2, as the Beyond Light expansion shook things up dramatically. Players visited a brand new location, uncovered the secrets of Darkness, and experienced the long-awaited Deep Stone Crypt Raid. But the season still has much to offer, one of them being the Dawning, Bungie's annual holiday event. Like every year, Dawning 2020 will offer new sets of armor to acquire, which are normally hidden until the event trailer hits. However, this year Bungie is providing a sneak peek at the armor sets via their charity campaign Game2Give.

Destiny 2 is home to many different charity streams throughout the year. Yesterday began the Bungie Foundation's second annual Game2Give fundraising event, aimed to help hospitalized children all around the country. There are of course multiple tiers of donation incentives, as well as community-wide goals. The fanbase cracked the first community goal after the first day of streams, and Bungie provided a treat to thank the players' generosity.

The render shared by the official Bungie Twitter account shows a clear view of the Dawning 2020 armor set ornaments for Titans. It is labeled as concept art, so the retail version could look slightly different. This armor set will more than likely be on sale in Eververse, as it is a universal ornament meaning it can be applied to any armor piece. The armor set ornaments for the other two classes will also be shared given that the community reaches their respective goals.

Warlock armor set ornaments will be shared at the $500k milestone, with Hunters following up at the $750k point. At $1 million, the community will get to see a new legendary weapon exclusive to the Dawning. After that landmark, an unannounced group of guests will read lore entries for every $100k donated. It may take some time before every reward is unlocked, and players should tune into @Bungie on Twitter for updates.

Meanwhile, the individual donation incentives come in three tiers. A $25 donation will gift the player the Gilded Shell Exotic Ghost and the Mist Blossoms Emblem. At $50, the player will earn the brand new Light Keepers Emblem as well as the aforementioned rewards. These goodies will be redeemed automatically by the donor's Bungie account and will be available inside the Collections tab in-game. Those who donate $100 will earn all the previously stated rewards as well as an entry into Bungie Prize Pool. Possible winnings include GameStop and EB Games gift cards, Destiny 2: Beyond Light Digital Deluxe Editions, and Destiny 2: Beyond Light Physical Deluxe Editions.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
