So I recently finished my first play through and started new game plus mode to go for my apocalyptic achievement. Couple of problems with it already. The monsters are levelled according to you, not loosely based on your stage in the game which leads me to believe that near the end of the game it may be all but unbeatable. Also, the more difficult and pesky items that you did find in your first run through don’t carry over. Wicked, now I get to refind all of the s***** things that I did manage to grab onto the first time. I found myself thinking the entire time through the first time, oh my second game will mop that up no problem with all the gear available, which it also isn’t. Do yourself a favour and play easy once to full completion and then a quick run on apocalyptic without worrying about the collectibles.
