Remember that zany arcade driving game, Crazy Taxi? The one where you were a less than mentally stable cabbie that drove people all around town in a crazy manner? It's coming to Xbox LIVE and PSN this November and represents the second in a series of Dreamcast games coming to next-gen consoles.

Crazy Taxi will be completely revamped with 720p visuals, trophies/achievements and leaderboards. "Arcade Mode" (where you started with a minute and gained time extensions) and "Original Mode" (where you had different time increments to gain high scores) will be available for players to enjoy.

Crazy Taxi definitely saw a lot of time in my Dreamcast. It was simple, fun and easy to get into. You might even infer that Crazy Taxi partially influenced the popular arcade-racing game series, Burnout, where the ludicrous driving was the name of the game.

I'm wondering how the in-game advertising that was present all throughout the city you drove around will be changed, if it will be at all. Most likely, since you will be connected through the internet while playing the title, the advertising will be dynamic. It's not something that I mind completely, in fact, for some weird reason, it did add a bit of humor to the game. I mean, how many people in this town have to go to Pizza Hut? And then they have to go to the Levi store to buy new jeans because they ate too much pizza.

I'm hoping the mini-games will also make an appearance in the title, who didn't like bowling with a taxicab? The price tag will be running at $9.99 or 800 MS.

Crazy Taxi will let you drive the coolest taxi around on Xbox LIVE on November 24, 2010 and PSN on November 23, 2010.
