The battle between GDI and NOD has been a long and bloody one; from the original Command & Conquer which invaded our PCs way back in 1995 to now, the battle has become steadily more and more advanced. It has spilled across into our home consoles, and it has formed numerous sequels and spin-offs along the way.
Set to be the final installment of the Tiberian saga, as well as Kane’s swansong, Command & Conquer 4 has been eagerly anticipated by gamers since it was first announced. Thankfully, for those gamers who can’t wait to get back into battle, GameSpot are releasing keys for the Open Beta today for all GameSpot members worldwide.
It doesn’t mention how many keys are available so head on over to the Open Beta now and make sure you claim your spot!
The Open Beta for Command & Conquer 4 is available from 9:00 am Pacific Time.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME MAJOR LET DOWN FROM OTHER SERIES!!! DO NOT BUY WITH OUT DOING SOME RESEARCH!!
well ben, i have all the command and conquer series, and the demo is just awsome so i dont know what your talking about
i agree i havent played it yet but i just was doing research on red alert 4 and some one posted that they ruined the red alert series with 2 and 3 and then stated that red alert was suppose to be a prequel to the very first C&C which is wrong!!! red alert and Command and Conquer are 2 different games. i can wait for red alert 4… plus you can expect them to keep the games that same as when it first came out they have to evolve it with time they did an awesome job so stop complaining and if you dont like dont comment.
Hi… just leaving a comment/question…. i'm a fan since dune … dune 2 specially…. and then we didn't had the technology, but the effort has made to create a Real Time Strategy Game … and not a action game like many RTS today… this games migrate from turn based games for a reason, your ability to build fast and may is important but shouldn't be decisive (take chess for example, and is around a few 1000s year's)…please don't call this game RTS … like many others… strategy is mainly about brain power, not fast clicking, this usually gets another category name… i'm sad, me and many friends like me, seeing this end for the “pioneer”
