The Call of Duty franchise is known for its easter eggs and secrets, and as it turns out, Call of Duty: Warzone is no different. Now that Call of Duty: Warzone players have had the chance to thoroughly explore the battle royale map, they've discovered secret bunkers, password-protected laptops, and mysterious phones. However, it seems that players don't know exactly what to do with these things just yet.

There are keypads next to the bunker doors that require a code, but so far, no Call of Duty: Warzone players have managed to figure out what any of the codes may be. Similarly, the laptops on the Warzone map require a password, but again, no one has been able to figure out the password so far. When players interact with the phones on the Warzone map, all they get for their effort is a dial tone.

It's possible that the answer to these mysteries can be found on the Warzone map right now, but it's also possible that the solutions are being saved for a later date. It's quite possible that Activision and Infinity Ward are saving the bunkers, laptops, and phones for a special limited-time event for the game. After all, Warzone will be updated regularly, and special mystery events have a proven track record of keeping fans engaged with battle royale games on a long-term basis.

The possibility that the Warzone bunker codes are on the map right now will ensure that players keep looking, though. So far, Infinity Ward has yet to comment on any of these mysterious things discovered on the Warzone map, so fans shouldn't expect to get any hints from the developers.

Other battle royale games, particularly Fortnite, has used map mysteries like this to great effect, and Infinity Ward will no doubt hope that Warzone's bunkers, laptops, and phones generate similar excitement as the community bands together to figure everything out. But besides answers to these mysteries, future Warzone updates will likely have other content to keep fans engaged, such as new items, weapons, and more.

Warzone has been a big success so far, and Infinity Ward is in a strong position to retain the game's massive fan base. As long it releases new content for Warzone on a regular basis, it should have no problem doing just that.

Call of Duty: Warzone is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
