Call of Duty: Warzone has a new Season 4 update adding bug fixes and adjustments to the game. While many of the recent patches have been focused on rebalancing the new MG 82 light machine gun, this patch has a different priority in mind. Call of Duty: Warzone fans are receiving tweaks to specific weapons and barrel attachments in the battle royale.

The patch was designed to hit three main weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone. The C58, FARA 83, and Nail Gun are all affected with the goal of adjusting the recoil and damage range on these weapons. In addition to editing the guns, the developers are buffing several barrel attachments in the in-game armory.

The barrels of several Call of Duty: Warzone weapons have been buffed in a variety of ways. The Ranger Barrel and Takedown Barrel for assault rifles received a vertical recoil control decrease from 15% to 10%. This does not apply to XM4 and AK-47s, but other assault rifles have been adjusted. The Reinforced Heavy, Match Grade, and VDV Reinforced barrels have all received a vertical and horizontal recoil reduction from 7.5% to 5%. The Task Force, Spetsnaz RPK, and the CMV Mil-Spec barrels have received a recoil reduction as well for both assault rifles and light machine guns.

Shortly after deploying this patch, the developers rolled it back with a sudden alert. The team at Raven Software stated that there was an ongoing issue with the update, but it plans on the adjustments staying the same as soon once the issue is resolved. Call of Duty: Warzone fans have reported a variety of problems with the patch, but it is unclear exactly which issue caused the rollback.

Call of Duty: Warzone fans have a variety of bugs and problems with the current build of the game. Many of these issues have been reported in the comments as fans posed several questions to the development team regarding persistent bugs. Call of Duty: Warzone's developers do keep an active Trello board up for any fans interested in seeing what is currently being investigated.

While it is unclear exactly when the patch will return, fans can adjust their builds prior using the information already provided.
